Calendars	STATCARE uses Microsoft Outlook public folders for certain public calendars, such as our Education Calendar, Scheduled PR Calendar, etc. You can use your Microsoft Outlook program or Microsoft Outlook Web Access.

Continuing Education Utilities	Here you can: Submit an offering for publication on our public Internet site and for distribution by CE-Mail (a free e-mail subscription service for people who wish to be notified of STATCARE CE offerings). Run education reports.
Continuing Education Record	Anyone who has attended a STATCARE education offering (employees and non-employees) can look up their continuing education record on our public Internet site.
Downloads	A section that contains handy computer programs. Includes a Palm Pilot section.

Help	This section offers help on a variety of topics. Whenever we need to troubleshoot a problem, we place the information here so the next person can easily find the solution.
Medical Crew, Current	The current medical crew (pulled from RightCad)
Medical Protocols	See Shared Folder. All STATCARE medical protocols are stored as Microsoft Word documents in the shared folder.
Miscellaneous	Things that don't fit into a defined category.
Pager numbers, employee	See Staff Members for numbers. See Paging, Alphanumeric for methods used to send a page to an employee.
Paging, alphanumeric	You can send an alphanumeric page to an employee by: Using the RightCad paging interface Using the STATCARE Paging Program available on all networked computers Using our web paging interface (limited to one page at a time -- no group paging).
Patient Demographic Data	Real-time patient demographic data from Jewish Hospital and U of L Hospital. Access to this area is limited to certain employees involved with the billing process. [See Run Data for other related information.]
Personal Folder	Each employee has been assigned a personal folder on our network. Access is limited to the specific employee. You are encouraged to use your personal folder as a place to save computer files because it is backed-up nightly and you can access your personal folder from any networked computer (it is your P: drive) or by FTP (most Microsoft Office programs can use FTP to open and save files from any computer connected to the Internet with Microsoft Office installed).

Phone numbers (public directories)	A collection of on-line white and yellow phone directories. Includes a reverse lookup directory.
Policies	See Shared Folder. All STATCARE policies are stored as Microsoft Word documents in the shared folder.
Safety Forum	A discussion forum devoted to the topic of safety.
Shared Folder	The Shared Folder is an area on our company network where all shared computer files are stored. This area is accessible from: A web browser An FTP program (most Microsoft Office programs can use FTP to open and save these files) Or from networked computers under the S: drive.
Staff Members	A list of STATCARE staff members can be found on our public Internet site at www.statcare.org/staff Staff phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and a mail addresses are available online at staff.statcare.org/data This information is pulled from STAT Time.
STAT Time	Employee Timekeeping. Enter and edit your work shifts here. This is our preferred area for you to change your home address and phone numbers (it will issue automatic notifications to the appropriate office staff).
User Programs	This is a list of standard computer programs installed on STATCARE computer workstations, along with a short description of what each program does.
Weather	The premium PilotWeather service.
